How you can help support our program ?

There are a large number of areas where businesses, companies and individuals can assist in our program such as;

Sponsorship of underprivileged youths, both male and female to train as lifeguards, thus giving them employment opportunities;
This can be as low as only P1,000.00 per person.training only, or P3380.00 with foods assistance or P4380.00 with foods and accommodation.

Support of our "Swim-safe" program, a free to the public drowning awareness and prevention program for children 5 - 12 and their parents.
Cost of supporting an individual event can be as low as P20,000.00 and will assist at least 200 people.
The program is both classroom, where we teach about hazards, such as rip currents, inshore holes etc., how to recognize and avoid or deal with them, we teach non-swimmers to "reach or throw, but never go" as they too will become victims, there is also in water activities where they are taught to "float" as if you can float you can survive until help arrives.

Support of our Junior ("Nipper") lifesaver program for children, this program encourages water safety and sports, from as young as 5 years old, they can learn water safety and compete in individual swimming and sports events, plus from 12 to 15 they also are given the opportunity to train in first aid, Basic Life Support (CPR), basic rescue and can compete in lifesaving sports team competitions locally, nationally and internationally.
Many of the children who have participated in this program have gone on the represent Zambales and the Philippines, Locally, Nationally and Internationally in lifesaving sports events, bringing them opportunities that they may never have otherwise experienced.
Actual on hand assistance is an area we are lacking, we are looking for people who are willing to volunteer their time on a once a month basis to assist in the running of special days in various areas within Zambales for the kids to meet, learn and practice new skills.

Sponsorship of sporting events and assistance to competitors that we send to completions, locally, nationally and internationally, we are very proud of the record of Zambales Lifesaving Inc. in lifesaving sports and especially proud of the young Zambaleaños who have worked hard with us to achieve these results.
